Return & Exchange Policy

We put in the maximum effort to bring you products that match your expectations in design and quality. Still, if you receive a product that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you can request a return.

For all returns and exchanges, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in sellable condition. It should be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. All return or exchange requests must be made within 5 days of the product’s actual delivery date.

Once a return or exchange request is approved, the product will be picked up within 4–7 working days. For returns, refunds will be credited to your account within 10–14 working days after the product is received and inspected. Exchange requests are subjected to the availability of the product.

Please note that discounted or sale items cannot be returned.

You can submit a request for return directly from our website. Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team at +91-7357791698 or email us at info@thesanwariya.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Please include your Order Number and the reason for return.

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or has any visible defect, attach clear images or a short video along with your message.

Refund – Terms & Conditions

Refunds will be initiated only if the product is out of stock or confirmed by our quality team to have a genuine manufacturing defect.

The refund process begins within 2 working days of receiving your request, once the product has been inspected and approved by our quality control team.

Refunds will be credited back to the customer’s account within 10–14 working days of initiation, depending on the payment method used. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via NEFT to the bank details shared by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their online order within 24 hours of placing it. The full amount will be refunded. Partial cancellation is also allowed for eligible items.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the same account used for payment (credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet) following cancellation.
